Build your boat from the materials provided and race down the Little Elkhart River. Boatbuilding materials & assistance will be available from 10:00-12:00 (during Riverfest). The boat race begins at 12:00 pm and awards at 2:00. Riverbend Park. Hosted by the Parks & Recreation Department. Free
Bring the family outdoors to read a children’s book while walking a short path at Riverbend Park; book pages are placed in special kiosks along the path. New books are installed monthly. Free
