EVENT OVERVIEW

The Outing
Golfers at all skill levels are encouraged to play in the featured scramble format. Lunch and check-in open at 11:30 a.m. with a shotgun start time of 12:30 p.m. Complimentary refreshments and snacks are served on the course throughout the day. An awards reception immediately follows the tournament (approximately 5 p.m.).

Awards Reception
All participants are invited to the awards reception at the conclusion of the golf competition. Awards presented to winners, longest drive and closest to the pin contest winners as well as tournament winners (1st and 2nd place teams).

Contests/Prizes
Contests during the outing include Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, Hole-In-One, and team awards for the first and second-place teams. Prize packages are awarded at the post-golf reception.

Late registration (after July 31st) is $425 for members and $460 for non-members. Your entry includes gifts, lunch, green fees, cart, refreshments on the course, awards reception, and giveaways/prizes.

Driving range opens – May pick up complimentary tickets at the pro shop
Team aid package – May be purchased for $35 (4 Mulligans and 3 Shot Extender Strings)

12:30 p.m.
Shotgun start – Four-player scramble
On course competitions – Long drive on hole 18 and closest to the pin on hole 11
Power drive – Pay $20, Meadow Valley golf pro hits your drive from forward tee on hole 7
Complimentary food and beverage cart

5 p.m. (once the majority of teams have returned)
Awards at the clubhouse – 1st and 2nd place teams, longest drive, closest to the pin
