SUMMARY:Middlebury Summer Festival Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Hello All\,\nFor 40 plus years\, the Middlebury Summer Festival has served as the town’s homecoming. It has been a time for Middlebury residents\, old and new\, to come together to celebrate. \nThis has been possible because of the generous donations of volunteers and local businesses to plan\, coordinate\, and fund the festival. In November\, the current Summer festival committee decided that it was time to step back after several years on the committee and give others a chance to serve. \nThe resignation of the committee chairs has provided an opportunity to reevaluate the future of the festival. Some options include leaving the festival at its current date\, changing the date\, eliminating the summer festival\, and folding some of the activities into the fall festival. \nDo you remember bed races\, the dunk tank\, 3 on 3 basketball tournaments\, pancake breakfast\, the parade\, and kids’ activities?
